Shipping Policy

We at Local Legends are committed to shipping out all paid orders within 48hrs of receiving the payment, excluding Sundays. We use USPS priority mail pricing on all orders with no hidden costs. 

Warranty & Return Policy

 

Atomizers and Cartomizers - Due to the life expectancy of these products, no refunds will be accepted.

Batteries & Chargers - We offer a 30 day warranty on all batteries and chargers bought through Local Legends. The warranty is only issued if a defect arises in the product through normal use. If the product is misused or improperly maintained then the warranty will be voided. The product is an electronical device and should be treated as one. Any wear & tear or problems afflicting due to flooding will not warrant a refund.

Liquids & Accessories - These items are not covered under our warranty.

Items Lost in Transit - Once an item is proccessed and shipped and a tracking number is provided, Local Legends is not responsible for receipt of your package.

How to claim a refund

 

If you feel your product has a defect that wasn't caused by improper use and would like to issue a refund under the

terms of our warranty, please request an RMA by sending an email to sales.locallegends@gmail.com.

In the email include your name, shipping address, and telephone number. Please explain to

us the issue you are experiencing with the product. A return email with your RMA

will be sent providing instructions for return. All shipping costs on

returned items are the sole responsibility

of the buyer.
